PROCESS
An in-depth analysis of leasing platforms and apps was conducted, leading to a Best Practice market analysis, which was summarized in a Value Proposition Canvas. Through focus group interviews and user research, two user personas were developed. These insights provided a strong foundation for a co-ideation session using paper prototyping. Building on this groundwork, I refined the concept and developed the Figma prototype. During the first phase, the prototype underwent iterative feedback from the team and client, leading up to the Exxeta presentation. In the second phase, I independently refined and finalized the prototype for the final stakeholder presentation to the MBLD leadership board.
DESIGN SYSTEM
The design system is based on the existing Mercedes ME App, with some icons and UI elements specifically designed by me.
